Radio Sochville was originally created in March 2025 for my private region in Second Life.
The original idea was to simply have a music stream for my region which I could totally control. The name Radio Sochville came from the name I use for the city on my private region. Sochville.
Over the first couple of months it begin to develop an identity. Or at least a philosophy. I don’t focus on any particular genre or era just generally good vibes. Music you can listen to while working on projects or relaxing without having to worry about what you might hear or who’s in the room with you. Just relaxing music that isn’t obnoxious or profane. I decided to begin promoting it a bit. Who knows? Maybe someone else will like it too.
Radio Sochville is entirely funded by me. It’s a hobby/ labor of love. I make no money off it. Radio Sochville is about the music and nothing else. No talk radio. No podcasts. Just music I happen to like. If you’ve actually gotten this far I hope you’ll like it too.
